Slalom Consulting wished to advance its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals and culture by launching a mentoring program for its consultants. With limited HR bandwidth, the company needed a turnkey and affordable platform to help launch and maintain the initiative. The Mentor Method enabled Slalom to get quickly set-up, load employees and mentors, and get mentees matched to mentors through a matching process that removes the bias from the process (e.g. matching employees to mentors based demographic attributes as opposed to personality fit and career path goals).
